Put yourself first
I want to encourage the radical act of putting yourself first.
What if putting yourself first actually supported you AND everyone around you? What if choosing you first, inspired someone else to put themselves first too?
How might that one choice change the world?
When you put yourself first you show up as the best version of you. Filled up, rested, inspired. When you prioritise you, good things happen.
But when you choose you, inevitably at some point, that annoying internal voice will pop up to say…
“What about all of the million other things you have to get done?”
“You haven’t got time for this.”
“There is so much to do – we can just do it later…”
Let’s choose to turn that voice down and put ourselves first.

Call a friend who makes you feel great.
Make something – just because

Get outside.
Move your body.

listen.
Ask for help.
Rest.
Give yourself permission to put yourself first.
You deserve to be top of your to-do list more often.
